What to include in your enquiry
None of this is compulsory — send what you have and we will ask about the rest. But an enquiry with these details usually resolves in a single exchange instead of four.
- Vehicle — make, model, model year and variant.
- Seating position — driver, front passenger, rear outboard left or right, rear centre, or a specific row.
- The fault — frayed webbing, no retraction, no locking, unreliable latch, or post-collision renewal.
- Retractor mounting — body-mounted behind trim, or built into the seat.
- Belt path — whether a height adjuster or upper guide is fitted.
- Buckle wiring — whether there is a connector for a belt reminder system.
- Quantity — one belt, a matched set, or a repeat fleet requirement.
- Photographs — the installation with trim in place, plus the mounting points where visible.
We supply parts. We do not carry out fitting, inspection or certification, and nothing we send you is a substitute for having the vehicle examined by a qualified automotive technician. If a requirement falls outside what we can properly advise on, we will say so rather than guess.
